We Are Hiring: Project Team Member – Ecosystem Facilitator
ABOUT DIMECC AND US AS A TEAM: DIMECC Ltd. provides customers with facilitation, program management and other co-creation services and helps them build consortia to achieve common goals. With 66 shareholders from industry and academia, DIMECC has a wide network of contacts, bridging the gap between companies, research & education and funding organizations. Currently DIMECC operates four industry-led ecosystems: FAMN (twin transition for manufacturing and ICT companies), FAME (additive manufacturing), SW4E (software engineering ecosystem), and VAMOS (autonomous mobility in smart spaces).
We are a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to fostering sustainable digital solutions development and empowerment across stakeholders through co-creation and continuous learning initiatives. DIMECC Team is currently composed of 24 experts working either in Tampere or in Helsinki. We also work partially remotely or anywhere our customers require our presence.
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking for a driven individual to join our team and work both as a project team member for the Reboot Skills project and as a facilitator for our Manufacturing Industry Ecosystem (FAMN). Reboot Skills project, co-funded by the European Union, aims to revolutionize the way individuals acquire and apply digital competencies in today’s rapidly evolving landscape. Our Manufacturing Industry Ecosystem improves the global competitiveness of Finnish industrial companies and accelerates their sustainable renewal and digitalization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs
- Arrange and facilitate meetings, workshops and events
- Design marketing and communication materials for the project and ecosystem activities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of online communication platforms
- Engage with ecosystem and project members and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure efficient dissemination of project and ecosystem activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage effectively priorities and deadlines
- Communication and marketing skills (graphic design and social media marketing skills), including an ability to visualize common goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Previous experience in project work and community engagement is an asset.
- Fluency in English, the proficiency in Finnish is an asset.
LOCATION: Tampere or Helsinki (possibility to work remote)
